Chocolate (Beet) Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cooked beets, pureed
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Puree the cooked beets; put aside.
    Beat together the eggs, brown sugar and oil.
    Add beets and the remaining ingredients. Bake in a 9-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
