No Guilt Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick cooking or regular oats
    2 c. fruit (fresh or canned)
    1 c. diced fruit
Preparation
    Blend all the fruits in blender or food processor.
    Add fruits to oats.
    Let stand for a few minutes for the oats to absorb any liquid from fruits.
    Press into a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 to 4 hours (depending on fruit used).
    Cut into bars after 1 hour in oven.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 24 bars.
