Easy Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion in large skillet until onion is tender. Stir in rice, tomatoes, tomato paste, olives and seasonings.
    Turn in a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until hot. Makes 6 servings.
