Hominy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can hominy corn (yellow)
    1 can cream-style corn (yellow)
    3 stacks Ritz crackers
    3/4 stick margarine
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Drain hominy corn and add to cream-style corn.
    Put in 1/2 of the margarine and cook in pan for about 15 minutes.
    Add pepper and salt.
    Melt the other 1/2 of margarine and add crushed crackers.
    Layer crackers on top of corn and hominy mixture.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven and cook until crackers are brown.
    (You may add 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese to top of casserole before putting on crushed crackers.)
