Crisscross Potatoes - cooking recipe

butter
washed potatoes
seasoned salt
Preparation

Rub butter over washed potatoes.
Cut potatoes lengthwise. Make crisscross slashes on cut side of potatoes with sharp knife. Spread cut side with butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Place in baking dish, butter side down.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are done.
