Asparagus, Petits Pois And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans green asparagus
    2 (1 lb.) cans petits pois (peas)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. soft white bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Drain asparagus and arrange half of it in a buttered 6-cup casserole.
    In a bowl, mix gently the peas, soup, mushrooms and cheese.
    Spoon 1/2 the mixture into casserole.
    Add remainder of asparagus; top with remaining mixture.
    Toss crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
    Serves 8 to 10.
