Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper (medium size)
    1 large carrot, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped apple
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in olive oil.
    Add onion, green pepper, carrot and salt.
    Mix in cup and pour over chops:
    water, vinegar, brown sugar, apple, soy sauce and cornstarch.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours (or until completely cooked).
    Serve over rice.
