Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
4 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream sugars and shortening.
Beat in eggs.
Add flour, sifted with soda.
Add oatmeal and chopped nuts (mixed with a spoon). Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 9 minutes.
