Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. oatmeal (1 minute)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. tomato catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix well together.
    Make a loaf and place it in a 7 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour tomato juice over meat loaf with one inch of juice all around loaf.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
