Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. vegetarian soup
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
    1 3/4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown the beef in a Teflon skillet.
    Add celery and onions; cook until tender.
    Stir in soup and thyme.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spoon potatoes around the edge.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until piping hot.
    Serves 4, 299 calories per serving.
