Squash And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 yellow squash, cooked and drained
    6 carrots, cooked and drained
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat the cooked squash and carrots together.
    Then beat in all other ingredients.
    Turn into greased shallow casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This can be prepared in the morning and refrigerated until time to bake.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
