Peanut Butter Sauce For Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, crushed, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 pinches cumin
    1 can double strength chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    4 shakes turmeric
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 to 2-inch chunks (may use pork loin)
    long grain rice
    2 large potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and cumin over low heat until cooked and soft.
    Add chicken broth and 1/2 cup milk.
    Moisten bread crumbs in remaining milk; let sit for 5 minutes.
    Stir into onion mixture.
    Add peanut butter, turmeric, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until sauce is smooth and thick.
