Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sliced meat
    2 bottles soy sauce
    1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix sauce ingredients together.
    Slice meat to desired thickness.
    Soak meat in sauce for 12 hours in a cool place (refrigerator).
    Place tinfoil lining on the bottom of the oven to catch excess sauce.
    Poke toothpicks through meat slices and hang meat on oven racks.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    (The less time baked, the more moist.)
