Hamburger Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    10 oz. (1 can) soup, mushroom
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown hamburger.
    Drain off fat.
    Add rice, cheese, soup, milk and mix together.
    Pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
    Top with shredded cheese.
