Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. white flour
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. rye flour
Preparation

Place yeast and pinch of sugar in 1/2 cup warm water.
Put everything except the yeast and the flour into the bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add yeast, rye flour and 3 cups of white flour.
Mix well.
Gradually add the last cup of flour until the mass cleans off the sides of the bowl.
This may take slightly more or slightly less than the 4 cups of flour.
