Ingredients

1 c. Skippy creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Using 1 tablespoon batter, roll into balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet; press down with sugar coated fork.
Use fork again to make a crisscross pattern.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet with metal pancake turner.
Cool on rack.
Keep in cookie tin.
Enjoy!
