Country Sausage And Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and kielbasa in oil until onion is tender.
    Stir in potatoes, sauce mix and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Cover and cook until broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted.
