Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda and salt. In another bowl combine eggs, bananas, oil, milk and vanilla.
Add to the flour mixture until combines.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
