Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut up
salt and paprika
all-purpose flour
Crisco oil
Pam spray

Preparation

Salt and paprika chicken.
Roll the chicken in flour.
Place the chicken in baking pan or skillet (that has been sprayed with Pam).
Drizzle Crisco oil over the chicken.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until the chicken is done and golden brown.
Be sure to turn the chicken over during baking.
Serves 4 to 6.
