Cheese And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium potatoes
    1 or 2 medium onions
    Velveeta cheese
    crackers (soda type)
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    margarine
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Dice onions.
    In casserole dish in layers, start with potatoes.
    Sprinkle onions; crush approximately 6 or 8 crackers and sprinkle.
    Dot with slices of margarine and sliced cheese.
    Cover evenly.
    Repeat until all ingredients are used, then pour in milk until casserole dish is half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
