My Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. Crisco shortening
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal.
Stir in water and mix well.
Mixture will be thick.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Then make pie crust as needed.
Roll out pie crust on floured surface.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
This can also be rolled into pie crust and frozen whole until ready to use.
