Mexican Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour tortillas
    2 c. salsa
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    sliced ripe olives
    sliced green onions
Preparation
    In a large skillet, add oil to 1/4-inch deep.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
    Fry tortillas, one at a time, until lightly browned and blistered, about 10 seconds per side.
    Drain on paper towels. Prepare ground beef and taco seasoning according to package directions.
    Spread 2 tablespoons refried beans on each tortilla shell.
    Top with 2 tablespoons each of beef and salsa.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and garnish with olives and green onions. Broil pizzas 8-inches from heat, about 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
