Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 potatoes
 
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Wash and quarter potatoes.
 
Let potatoes soak in water for 30 minutes.
Place oil into a plastic bag.
Add potatoes and shake until well coated.
Place potato wedges onto a baking sheet.
Mix Italian seasoning with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
