Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breast halves, skinned
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflowerets
    3/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. green onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Stir-fry vegetables 4 to 5 minutes; remove vegetables from pan. Add remaining oil to skillet.
    Stir-fry chicken 4 minutes or until tender.
    Return vegetables to pan with chicken; mix well.
    Serve over rice.
