Chilled Avocado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped onion
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans consomme, divided
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Combine avocado, onion and 1 can consomme in container of electric blender.
    Cover and blend until pureed.
    Pour into a mixing bowl; stir in remaining consomme and last 3 ingredients. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
