Turkey Tetrazzini(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Make first 6 ingredients into a white sauce. Set aside.
    Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add with turkey and rice to white sauce.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
