Buttermilk Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl; set aside.
    Place butter, salad oil, cocoa and water in saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    Pour over sugar and flour and mix well.
    Stir in buttermilk, soda and eggs.
    Pour into 11 x 17-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
