Sweet 'N' Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, salted and peppered
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices in juice
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 sliced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and drain off grease.
    For best results, use a cast-iron or other heavy skillet.
    Mix pineapple juice, water, bouillon cube, cranberry sauce, brown sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over pork chops and simmer 40 minutes.
    Add pineapple slices and green pepper rings and simmer 10 more minutes.
    Remove pork chops, pineapple and pepper slices.
    Thicken gravy with cornstarch.
    Pour gravy over chops; serve with rice.
