Crawfish Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. liquid crawfish boil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    6 oz. American cheese, grated
    3 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add flour and seasoning.
    Add cream. Stir in cheese into hot mixture until melted.
    Add crawfish and cook 10 minutes on low heat.
    Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish; top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, until bubbly.
