Lo-Cal Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
grated lemon rind
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Whip cream and set aside.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Cool. Blend with cream cheese in blender.
Add vanilla, rinds, lemon juice and sugar.
Fold all into whipped cream.
Pour into crust and chill.
