Baked Sea Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. sea scallops
    juice of 1 medium lemon
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    dried parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Divide scallops into 4 ovenproof dishes or 1 (9-inch) pie plate.
    Add lemon juice.
    Place crackers on top of scallops. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly and brown on top.
