Fresh Vegetable And Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tortellini
    3/4 lb. Lamagna Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. diced pepperoni
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. green pepper, cut up
    1/2 c. red pepper, cut up
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Cook tortellini as directed; drain and rinse with cool water. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix.
    Garnish with red and green pepper rings.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Serve cold.
