Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 to 8 pieces bread
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread and cut into squares.
    Grate cheese. Layer the bread squares and cheese, starting with bread and finishing with cheese.
    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over bread and cheese.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
