Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Dissolve sugars in cream and boil to 228\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
Add butter and pecans.
Cook until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
Cool until barely warm.
Beat until thickened, but still glossy.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. The drops will flatten into patties.
Makes 12 pralines.
