Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    In another bowl, beat egg, vinegar, sugar and water.
    Add to flour.
    Makes 7 crusts.
