Fruit Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. fresh blueberries, sliced apples, peaches or pears, etc.
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, oil and cinnamon.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Line bottom and sides of 9-inch square baking pan with half the mixture, pressing firmly.
    Add sliced fruit of your choice.
    Boil juice, sugar and cornstarch until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour over fruit and cover with remaining crumb mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
