Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    9 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble
    and
    saute sausage, drain and set aside.
    Beat eggs, add
    milk,\tsalt, pepper and mustard.
    Arrange the bread crumbs across the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Top with sausage, sprinkle with cheese and pour eggs over the top. Refrigerate
    overnight.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    50
    to
    60 minutes. Serves 10.
