Parmesan Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryers, cut up
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 (3 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. squeeze margarine
Preparation
    Dip chicken in combined egg and milk.
    Coat with combined crumbs, cheese, parsley, chives and seasonings.
    Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Pour margarine over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until tender.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
