Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    3 to 4 carrots
    1 to 2 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Grate or finely chop all vegetables.
    In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Stir until blended. Pour mayonnaise mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine. Mixture will seem \"thick;\"
    it becomes more liquid as it chills. Chill well before serving.
