Country Style Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    2 boneless chicken breast, split (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    On a piece of wax paper combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
    Melt butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan.
    Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture to coat.
    Place in ungreased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake near center of 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
    Add apple juice, green onion and parsley to remaining melted butter (about 1/2 cup).
    When chicken in golden brown pour butter sauce mixture around and over it.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes more or just until sauce is hot.
    Serve with sauce spooned over chicken.
    Serves 2.
