Grandma Hall'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    celery seed to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Cook in water in a large pot.
    When potatoes are tender, add milk; do not boil milk.
    In a small bowl mix flour, salt and egg until crumbly.
    Add to potatoes and milk. Stir constantly.
    Add celery seed and pepper.
    Soup may thicken. You can add water or milk for thickness you like.
    Serve warm.
