White Cheddar Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

In large bowl, toss together first 5 ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Top pie with 3 tablespoons brown sugar and almonds. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool and serve.
