Old Country Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    4 large potatoes
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    1 lb. smoked sausage
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan, saving grease.
    Slice and saute the potatoes, broccoli, carrots and onion until tender. Top with smoked sausage.
    Heat 12 minutes, covered.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
