Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1(10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts or 1 pkg. chopped almonds
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, mushroom soup, celery, water chestnuts, chicken, rice, and onion and put in casserole dish.
Top with crackers then almonds.
Drizzle melted butter on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until hot and bubbly in center.
