Uptown Bouquet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cut green beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pitted, ripe olives
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 can bean sprouts (optional)
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fines herbes
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and pour remaining ingredients over all. Refrigerate overnight.
