Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. good vegetable oil
2 c. multi-blend flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. Rumford's aluminum-free baking powder
3/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix sweet potatoes, honey and oil in a large bowl until blended.
Sift dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add dry ingredients and yogurt to potato mixture. Mix by hand until soft dough is formed.
Do not overmix.
Place dough on floured surface and roll to 1/2-inch thickness or make large, Texas drop type biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until browned.
