Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce leaves, separated and torn
    1 egg, beaten
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. fresh grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    croutons and anchovies (optional)
Preparation
    Whisk raw egg, garlic, lemon juice and oil together in the bottom of a large salad bowl.
    Add lettuce and hard-boiled eggs. Toss gently.
    Add cheese and toss again.
    Serve with croutons and anchovies, if desired.
    Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
