Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. 14 oz. boneless beef loin, cut into thin strips
    2 c. sliced onions
    6 c. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. light sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add steak. Cook until browned, turning as needed. Transfer to plate.
    Add onions to skillet.
    Saute until softened. Return steak to skillet.
    Add mushrooms, tossing gently. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat. Add sour cream.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through (do not boil).
    Serve over cooked noodles.
