Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, water, onion, salts and pepper together and shape into meatballs.
    Melt 2 tablespoons shortening in large skillet and brown.
    Drain off fat.
