Graham Cracker Peanut Butter Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/3 sticks margarine
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. peanut butter (creamy)
    12 oz. chocolate chips or candy coating
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add cracker crumbs, sugar and peanut butter. Mix well.
    Chill until firm.
    Remove from refrigerator and shape into medium size eggs.
    Chill again until firm.
    Melt chocolate. Using a toothpick, dip eggs into chocolate to coat.
    Place eggs on cookie sheet and chill until firm.
    (Makes about 60 medium size eggs.)
